BOK purchased ... But not installed

Hello Gents, (first sorry for my english),

 

I have purchased BOK (precommand) in november 2016 and after that the Yak 1B.

The Yak has been installed (without problem).

 

Than comes the big update in december (DirectX11, ect...). Since the update, I playing many time  (in soviet squad). 

 

Yesterday, i see that I can't flying with the  G4!

When the game is launched, on the sceen window presentation (Hangar), on the up right side, I can see only the red icones BOS and BOM (not BOK).

 

The key for BOK is actived. However, when I press "donwload"  (in my profile in official site), the "BOM exe" is download every time.

 

 

What can I do? Where I have make mistake?

You should not have to download anything, BoK is included with BoS and BoS patches/updates, activation of key should give access to BoK in the same way it worked with Yak 1b

Most of the BoK content isn't out yet (it clearly says 'preorder') . When it is, it will be included with BoS (and BoM, if you have it). There is only one installation, and you get access to individual maps and planes when they become available.

Yes, but the problem is that the G4 is not available in the pilotables planes list.  I don't understand why.

When I join Multiplayers servers and want to choice the G4.  The icone is locked. When I click on the icone: message says "purchase BOK" !!!

Hmm. As it shows your BoK bar here it should be activated. Go into https://il2sturmovik.com/ and check if your key is successfully activated anyways.

If everything is activated there and you still cannot access the G4 you will have to contact support.

My ( very strange) problem has been fixed by the support Team...
