Downloading BOM

Hello,

 

I'm trying (for the 3rd time) to download IL2 BOM

 

At the beginning of the downloading, I get 2.64 mb/s

 

After 46 minutes, the red bar is almost at the end of the downloading, but it's not finished. The downloading continues at a speed of ... 4 to 8 kb/s only. It seems that it will never end. Is it normal?

 

Am I doing something wrong?

I have heard people have better results with prefer web distribution checked

 

Also am sure in the past I have been able to pause and re-start somehow, which speeded things up (if I remember correctly)
