I have general questions for this game.

I come from Aces High and I need a new game that is more populated. Can you give me an idea of the population of your biggest server? I remember back in the day(2005) Aces High had a full 600 man server, until 2014 it started to die and went from 300 to 150. It's dying and I need something to switch to.

Biggest numbers are capped at 84 players. Sometimes mostly on european evenings there can be up to 3 servers that are full with 84 people.

The numbers may be a bit misleading, since Aces High used a much more simple but much larger terrain than this sim does and could support more clients. Let's just say that with a completely full BoS server, chances are there are far more enemies per km² than you can wish for. ^^

Take the plunge! This sim definitely worth it, and there is ALWAYS an enemy to engage on the more popular servers. I just got into it when it went on sale in October, then I got the BoK add on in a raffle by some generous folks right here. I'm loving this sim so much that after I get back from taking my wife to work this morning, I'm going all in and buying BoM when I get home. (thanks to my dear wife for being cool with my hobbies!)

Yeah, the numbers may not sound like much, but it's very different from Aces High and depending on type of server the action can vary from quick-and-dirty to complex missions to realistic servers, where you use a lot of time taxiing on the ground and flying realistic distances.

 

All places where a server is just half full there is guaranteed fun and excitement.
