I can ignore this warning in with the integrity check, be it with regard to vehicles or other things so long as the mission runs correct?

The max "acceptable" number if entities seems pretty low.

Yes, the limits seem way too low. The generated campaign missions go beyond them, and I assume the limits can be ignored.
