Hello,

Having an issue that I cant seem to find an answer - Help!

Online/offline - cant get the turret to move. (Only tried the JU87)

I switch to the gunner seat, made sure the canopy is closed, hit "T" to un-park the turret, turret wont move. I can fire the weapon with the left mouse button but there's no movement.

I looked in the keybindings area and cant find anything about turret control - What am I missing?

Hoping it something simple...

Kindest regards,

Bill

Hello Bill and welcome to the BoS forums :salute:

After hitting T to unpark the turret you need to hit N to "nestle to the gunsight."  I think its N but I might be wrong as I've assigned a lot of my own preferences but you can check it out yourself;

In the game options under key assignments, go into weapons controls and its the assignment below T to unpark the turret.

Good luck.....

Map your keys like that. then it will be simple: take control+gunsight view in one key: right mouse boutton

Hi Pinch, it sounds to me ,that you made the same mistake, I did when I was new to this game. Because I had some trouble with double key mappings, I deleted some keys and one of them was the one, that is responsible for the movement of the guns. It should be in the pilot head movement section in the settings, the key 'Head independent view left/right and up/down'. It could also be the pilot head movement or in the camera section the camera turning, but I think it is the first one. So make sure, you have this key bindings with the mouse.

Thanks everyone for your help! Solved the problem by mapping the mouse to "Bow pilot head vertically" (mouse Y axis) and "Turn pilot head horizontally" (mouse X axis) under pilot head movement as Yogiflight mentioned above ^ !

Thanks again fellas -
