CH Pro Pedal Center Detent Removal

Just in case anyone who owns and is still using their Ch Pro Pedals and would like to have them quite smoother ( no center detent ) and also have stronger resistance, here is a mod I did a while back and have really liked the improvement. I have 2 kids in a private college ( Guilford College in Greensboro, NC ) and am having to do whatever possible to make things last---

Thanks very much for the tutorial.  I love these pedals except for that hard "bump" experienced when moving across center.  Going to give this a go.

Interesting the use of 3rd spring for center position.

 

For sure this pedal will last until kids graduate in... university.
