How to select BF109-F4 for 1942 career?

Hi all,

If I start in March 1942 a german fighter career my sqadron has only BF109-F2 available.

I have selected in Planes Owned the F4 too but I don't know how to select for the career.

You've got to select a squadron that flies them. Also the date must coincide with the date the plane was there (although I believe the F4 is selectable throughout the PWCG timeline).

By looking at your profile,if its correct you dont have/own BOS. And the Me109 F4 is in BOS only,so if you  whant  to fly it in Pwcg you have to buy BOS too.

this is a misunderstanding. I have purchase the BOS DVD and activated with steam and the BOS additional plane and BOM I have purchased directly from the Internet shop.

I am now able to select the plane as suggested by Bando.

It has nothing to do with where you purchase the game, but when. You get the gold and silver bar only, when you purchase it before the official release.
