Aiming help tool disappeared with latest update

The aiming tool got lost in the Dec 21st, 2016 update.  I thought maybe my copy of BoS was flawed so I removed and reloaded to no avail.  It would be nice to have it back if not too much of a problem.

 

Also, it seems that the color of smoke turned from brown/black to greenish brown/green.  I have played with the gamma settings but doesn't really help.  Not sure if it is BoS or my system.

 

Small issues compared to some others.

Aiming tool missing, was mentioned by dev's before the implementation of 2.06 update as potential known bug, 

 

Green smoke has been acknowledged and is known issue from DX11 and is being looked into

 

Nothing wrong with your installation or settings, so don't worry

 

these will be looked at/hotfixed after holidays

 I gave it an effort to look up the changes included in the last update but did not find location.  Where would find that info and next time I'll look it up.
