109 F2 manual radiators?

How do I control manual radiators in the F2?

I can switch between auto and manual, but when in manual they just open to 100% and the control assignments I have to close radiators wont do anything.

 

Also how do I control oil radiator ? I have an axis assigned to control oil radiator, but doesnt do anything.

So there is auto and emergency only, no manual radiators for this plane according to the Specs tab.

Didnt find info on oil cooler unless is also auto only?

Confirmed, F2 water rad goes to 100% w/o any control.  F4, G2, G4 water rads can be controlled after switching to manual, but no oil control.
