Yes. Search KB2670838 online and upgrade your Window's 7.  It can only be played from that version.  Keep in mind, if you download it from the official Microsoft site, it will give you two files.  Both files must be downloaded to the same folder before you click one to begin the install.

It gets stuck on searching for update on this computer..

I tried updating windows and looked all over the web but couldn't find anything that works in my case.

I have the same problem. I think I can't update because I still use windows vista. Can I somehow get back to the older version?
