UI ingame windows scaleable

Hi devs,

 

I would like to bring this up again since the game has been out for a very long time now and it doesnt seem to be noted.

I personally really hate the size of all the windows ingame that are on the screen. A simple option to configure the scale would be really nice.

Also the size off labels should be scaleable since they are often bigger then the planes your chasing.
