How do I unlock the missions in campaigns?

In the campaing maps some missions have a lock, and even after I finish that map not all of them are available or unlocked.

 

Is there a way to play this missions?

Yes, you can play on it, but it's simulate the change of the front evolution and that pilot and squadron change of airfield during the war. So as airfield change with time, they unlock after a few mission. Do a few mission and you see that some will be unlock, thane a few mission later, another will be unlock.

Initially was like that and some unlocked, but I already past all the missions and advanced to the next map and not all were unlocked

Even if the green line is full, you have to continue to play in that part of the campaign.
