Error Code

Activated BOM from this site and downloaded 5.26 gigabits and installed. Went on Steam site to play and the error code D3D_ERROR showed up and I can not launch the Battle of Stalingrad game. Need to get rid of the error code to launch the BOS game on Steam. How can I fix this problem? Divebomb.

The video card has worked just fine for almost 2 years. What thread are you talking about "Direct3D Device" is below. There is no thread below to go to. This all happened when the automatic download of version 1.06 happened. I need a fix to BOS, somebody help. I have over 600 play hours of BOS and I need help. Also I purchased BOM and downloaded it, that's also when the ERROR code popped up! I am going for a refund if I get no help. Why pay for something if you can not use it!
