extreme lag on respawning, smooth (60ish) FPS otherwise

hello

so, very weird issue -- once I start off, everything is fine (2/3 times, at least) and framerate is almost locked at a glorious 60fps with settings on Ultra! - yay!

but not always "yay" -- every third or so time I spawn in (first spawn since game start) - or EVERY time on a followup spawn without at least 5 mins in between, my framerate will drop to, get this:   2~3 FPS

what?! you say - how can it be?! very weird you think? -- well, no s**t - it's weird as hell decorated for xmas...

but when it runs fine, it runs awesome - it delivers perfect smooth performance, when it delivers at all -- otherwise, it's a slideshow

obviously enough -- it's not my oldie GPU (NVIDIA GTX580) - which I have checked and is perfectly up to standards with DX11 - and most importantly, if that WERE the problem, it'd never run well -- yet, it does, when it wants to

so here's my specs, in as much detail as I can put it:

an update on the matter, as I continue to investigate the causes of this on my end:

it very well seems the lag-bomb problem is specific to multiplayer (which I play 99.9% of the time) -- I have not had it happen on single player (yet)
