Explain the 780ti Issue

I saw a question and answer about the 780ti but cannot find it again. I have had no problems with the game and graphics and realize the new patch will have bugs. The game is crashing, sometimes CTD, and issuing me an ammunition exception. I know others are having issues with this card. Anyone have a workaround? I turned off my overclock a while ago for other reasons so it is not a clocking issue. Hoping this gets resolved quickly as it is pretty frustrating.
