Hello, I would like to ask - when will we be able to buy new planes (Tante Ju, Yak-1B) and scripted mission from the Steam store? Im using Paysafecard, so Im unable to purchase stuff from your online store

Sorry Ropalcz, is there maybe a way around the Paysafe card, maybe use Paypal with it or something?I guess it will still need quite some time 'til it goes to steam.

I am the same way I only use STEAM cards I buy at Best Buys or Karma Koins for WOT I never use a credit card online.

 

I just have more faith in the hackers than the security firms.

World of tanks has it pretty well covered for people like me who do not like use credit cards online.

 

Lets say you can't use or find Karma Koin cards in a corner store and that is rare

you can always buy Subway or Burger King restaurant cards to buy the stuff.

 

If you really want something  WG goes out of its way to be able to buy it without having

any excuses that you cannot.

 

You can buy the International gift credit cards like Visa but they rob you blind in activation

and service fees.

I always done that, but mostly PayPal, 1 NOK lost because of it. I never get why people use steam version here and in DCS. They always  have to wait if at all get it

Could you buy a pre-paid visa with only $25 or whatever you need on it? It gets tossed after you buy and there is nothing to steal. I guess i'm not sure if that sort of card would work online though.

I have to sort of agree on this

 

2015 $575 billion was spent online with credit cards visa/mastercard

 

I personally do not know anyone friends or family who has suffered from credit card fraud, though have read plenty about it, I know more people who have physically mugged!

 

All personal choice though

Definitely a great idea to overcome any issues with not having a credit card otherwise.

Same. If you tap your card at the grocery store it still goes online. Assuming the site is using proper security, the transactions themselves are pretty safe. It's all of the company databases saving data after that can be a problem.

I will wait until those products come to Steam or until Paysafcard is allowed as a payment method in IL-2 Store.

 

Im still not sure whether I should buy BoK or not. I will buy it, once G-6 (or some late BF 109) comes out as a collector´s plane.

 

Im not interested in Midway/New Guinea or Okinawa, so I will save some money and hope in late war scenario such as Normandy or Italy.

I use my card online all the time. If there is fraud the bank will reinburse the ammount and you can always ask for a new card with a different number if you know a site has been hacked.

 

21st century problems i guess
