Going from site key to steam key

I followed the instructions posted in this forum ( https://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/15962-how-get-bos-steam/ ) to change my website key to a steam key for BOS only, but there is no "get steam-key" button when i load up the page. BOS is the only IL2 purchase i have which is stated as a requirement. I'm also pretty sure i bought the game before the deadline stated. is this a problem for just me, or are there others with the same issue?
