I really always wonder why so many people don't even bother to give it a try..

Maybe they are just shy?   If so: Don't be! This is about fun and nice coordinated semi-professional flying (no need to be professional ).

May I ad a little note, you do not need to be member of a squad, we use official BOS TS3 channel, if you are afraid of getting stuck in snow during taxiing, you wont be lonely we will probably be right in there too
