For some reason the mission ALWAYS assigns the plane THAT I DO NOT OWN!!!  I have told the program what panes I own, even took it down to one plane, but it still picks one I don't have.  WTF????

Just give yourself a different one in the pilot selection screen before a mission.

When you create a campaign, the generator shows you, when you select a squadron, which aircraft the squadron uses. If it uses an aircraft, you do not own, select another aircraft. If, during the campaign, the used aircraft changes, do what Cybermat posted.

It does not offer a different aircraft, only one.  Why in the world do I tell the program what planes I have for it to choose another????

Also be certain that you actually chose a squadron that's flying the planes you have.

Okay, thanks guys.  I was choosing a time frame for which the aircraft I own were not being used.  I changed the dates and finally found some squadrons that were using my planes.
