Can't access the website or forum. IP block?

Since a couple of days I can't enter these pages from my home pc. It keeps loading and eventually "connection took too long" message appears. Other internet pages work just fine, I get this error with all my browsers and all PCs in my home. If I use my cell phone I get the message using my wifi, but can load just fine with cellular data.

 

I think this could be because somehow my IP has been blocked from accessing the website? Don't know what other thing could be. Resetting the modem, restarting the PC, disabling the antivirus and changing browser network configuration didn't work

I was connecting yesterday but now my IP is blocked. I didn't do anything wrong, I promise!

 

I was planning to buy either BoS or BoM but will not do so if I can't access this place normally to download, log in to the game etc. Bummer.

While I was having the problem, some of the error-pages I was getting was "too many requests" and because of this message I found out that before having the block I opened like 10 forum tabs or so in quick succession. My access was restored a couple of days later, so I would say wait for some time, seems to be an automatic procedure. Since that a couple of months ago it never happened agan, now I don't open more than 4 tabs or so at the same time, easy does it

 

If after a couple of days it doesn't get back I would recommend to contact support as BlackSix said

Thanks for the replies - after ~ 24 hours it's back working normally again.
