Woulve Posted December 8, 2016 Posted December 8, 2016 Hello, I have some problems regarding performance. I've looked in other forums, but couldn't get anything helpful. I get extreme stuttering whenever I look around on low settings, and the same thing plus maximum 40 fps on any setting higher than low. My rig is: i5-2500 4x3.30ghz (not OC) gtx 960 4gb VRam 12gb Ram I can run Cliffs of dover max 60 fps no problem, but not BoS. I used Msi afterburner to find the bottleneck, but my Cpu never exceeds 50%, my Gpu sometimes reaches above 90%, just when the stutters and framedrops appear. The graphics menu is a joke, is there something I can do else than buying new hardware?
Woulve Posted December 9, 2016 Author Posted December 9, 2016 Yeah, exactly my thoughts. For dayZ directx 11 helped wonders, i went from 20 fps in cities to 50 stable. Let's hope it does it's magic in BoS too. I have not the slightest clue why I am getting such low fps at the moment. I would be perfectly fine with 40 fps on medium, but 20-25 on LOWEST is just ridiculous. There's people with much weaker systems who get 60 fps stable on high. I just can't explain why it's so shitty on my pc. All my drivers are updated, I have windows 10, and I tried out all nvidia control panel tweaks and .ini edits.
