Strange crackling sound in game

Hello to  all pilots of IL-2 Sturmovik

I ask you for help in solving my problem with the sound in the game. When i start with a parked plane engine is silent, when i Start the engine engine sound is okay, after about 15 seconds it appears next to the engine sound another strange crackling sound and does not disappear even when i stop the engine (no more engine sound engine) .When passes about 30 seconds from stopping the engine, crackling sound disappears and everything is quiet. I have replaced the sound card, headphones, all the possible settings but can not get rid of this sound. It is also present in the fly when I switch views (in cocpit, outside views). When I filmed the entire flight from start engine take-off, flight and landing, switch off the engine, this sound was not present. Everything was fine no annoying crackling sound that makes me crazy already. I also reinstalled the game but this strange sound remains )for all planes).

It would be good if you could make a video of it. Sounds like a rather strange phenomenon.

Hay,

 

I realized that something was wrong with radio ,because I wanted to get rid of the radio conversation and I renamed in the folder Audio / Radio / ger and ru   in  _ger and _ru. I adjusted back and everything is fine just talk AI on the radio is annoying for me. Maybe it is the other way to get rid of.
