An Apology

I just wanted to make a sincere and public apology to our Russian friends, I made some disrespectful comments previously under duress and in confusion and I would like to atone for them.

 

You guys are a decent and great people, you've led the world in many instances and you deserve respect. Quietly, earnestly and with a strength of character and heart that inspires us all you've moved our species forward with your unrelenting efforts. Best of all, you do all of this in a self effacing way that does not allow history to give you the credit you deserve because modern history records words more than actions.

 

Long live Mother Russia.
