Gunsight in BF109

After what seems to be a huge amount of practice, my aiming still has much to be desired.  Being frustrated at my hit ratio, I finally turn on the aiming help feature.  I see that there is a small circle indicating the lead point to shoot at and a cross in the recticle that moves around in the fixed position sight.  I notice that the aim help cross moves down with positive gs and up with negative.  Shouldn't the sight do the same or is the f4 version not equipped with the gyro sight?

There are no gyro sights for the current modeled planes historically and ingame.

I think it would be very helpful to review the aiming help icons (lead circle and cross) in a flight record replay.  The g force effect on crosshair location is probably what is throwing me off and to be able to review in slower motion might give me a better idea how to adjust for varying g forces.   Is there a way to get the aim help icons to show in the flight record?

Haven't check for this ingame but for sure you can record your flight with nvidia and see it in slow mo afterwards, or if no nvidia user another external recorder.
