My joystick got desynchronized, since the last update

As the title says, my joystick is got desynchroized. I'm using T FLight Hotas X. Everything was working perfectly and smoothly, of course, with 76% yaw sensitivy. 
But since the last update(New Yak) my rudder, when moving to the right, its just ignores about 1 cm movement.

Anybody else experienced something like this?

Is there any fix for this?

I had this on my X65F throttle after the update. On one axis only. But I found out that the issue was actually in Windows. Replugged the USB and it went away.
