Unable to start game due to missing .dll files

I have been unable to run the game due to missing  libcurl64.dll and MSVCP110.dll files.

 

I am running Windows 10 and have attempted to reinstall the game 3 times with no change in the result.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Uninstall, delete 1C Game Studios folder in Program Files (x86), then reinstall.
