Really Low FPS after re-install

Hi, I have an issue of not being able to run the game with playable FPS even though I, had played it at fairly high and decent fps before. I re-installed the game after hard drive was replaced and now it runs as though on integrated graphics (the stuttering and super slow fps-just the starting screen, can barely navigate because of sturring curser) even though it is set to run with GTX 960m graphics as default. I tried running it as admin, but nothing changes. Graphics card up to date. I can run all other games, even more graphically intensive fairly well.

 

Intel Core i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 

8GB ram

GTX 960m graphics card

Only thing that works is if I enable nvida video card as preferred card for whole computer in global setting

You get your poor framerates because your rig uses the intel graphics adapter that is built in the cpu. It is not an issue of the game, it is your rig not wanting to make the switch of the GPU.

how do i make it switch without changing it to nvidia in global setting but specifically for the game?
