Crockett Posted November 18, 2016 Posted November 18, 2016 I'm on the west coast of the US and it's 9:04 pm and I can't log in to the game online -- although I'm online Then when I try and log in to the game offline it tells me I need to download 2.005, which I did last night. Is the server down? Crockett

Crockett Posted November 18, 2016 Author Posted November 18, 2016 When I start the game it does not indicate there is a hotfix -- so -- no -- it doesn't update!
Crockett Posted November 18, 2016 Author Posted November 18, 2016 When I first started the launcher, it apparanly downloaded a 99mb hotfix then when I clicked 'play' -- the 'IL-2 screen' stayed on for a lot longer than normal -- then when I clicked to log online it said it couldn't connect to the master server and to check my internet connection. I still can't play!!!
=EXPEND=Tripwire Posted November 18, 2016 Posted November 18, 2016 Seems to be working OK for me at the moment. If it's still not working for you, perhaps there are some connection issues on your side that need some investigation next.

Crockett Posted November 21, 2016 Author Posted November 21, 2016 I sent a message to the BoS support team on Friday night but haven't heard from them as of Sunday evening and don't expect to until tomorrow. Anyway I have 2 things checked on the 'Launcher - 'Seed when downloaded' and 'Fullscreen mode'. That's all.
Crockett Posted November 22, 2016 Author Posted November 22, 2016 It turns out I had a corrupted files. Customer support got back to me and walked me through a complete uninstall and re-install of the program. Now I'm back flying the sky above Stalingrad! I want to thank Customer Support for their great attention to detail as well as getting my problem fixed with a minimum of hassle. I also want to tell them what a great sim IL-2 BoS is as well as RoF. Not only are the graphics on both these sims better than any others I’ve flown but the customizable interface makes them better than the rest! Thank you for a great experience! Crockett
