Failed to load backend library

As the title says, I've just installed the game and while trying to start up the game i get this error message "Failed to load backend library"

Anyone have a similar issue or know how to solve this?

Difficult to say whats the problem if we dont know which library failed to load. Uninstall and install again. Or contact game support.

Same thing is happening to me, it doesn't say anything by "Failed to load backend library" then just stops trying

Happened to me as well uninstalled and then reinstalled no good. I get the message and then nothing?????

I am having the same problem. Tried to uninstall the game and install it back 2 times already. New hardrive on my computer so I had all my apps games reset and had to re-download everything. Same issue, I try opening the game after I download it and it says "failed to load backend library". Searched on the web for this and haven't come up with anything yet.

Solved it for me at least.

 

• After uninstalling you must browse to C:\Program Files (x86) and delete the 1C Game Studios folder, then reinstall.
