we are proud to announce that, after the succes of the "Italian Challenge" and "French Challenge", which see the Best Italian Teams and its Allied  facing the strongest French and  Russian Groups, now, on WING OF ITALY BOS Server, 
 
Thanks to the efforts of Mission Masters C6BARDA & C. of the great french Squadron

 
another  exciting Event will occur:

where  best "French Teams" will challenge "The ITALIANS".

GENERAL RULES
____________________________________

BOARDING AIRCRAFT
 
RED SIDE: 42 Allied Side Seats are Reserved
 
BLU SIDE: 42 Axis Side Seats.
Axis Side foresees a certain Seat numbers for a "Foreigner Legion" which can guess Non Italian Pilots, which want to partecipate to The Mission.
Pilots can post their Request hereinafter or post a message to Me (ITA_Cipson).

New Main Rules are the following:
 
1) The Winner will be who will have accumulated  the Major Number of Points, as calculated by the Statistic System (Different from Last Tournaments).

2) Destroy designated Victory Targets is important to accumulate Points but Pilots have to pay attention to Aircraft Lost.

3) Statistic System is prepared by =FB=Vaal and =FB=Isay, which we thanks for the Great Job.  At the moment we don't have possibility to modify it, therefore will be applied integrally.
 
4) A Fair and Gallantry behavior is request to all Pilots becouse everybody has to remember that Pilots are before Gentlemen and after Officers. This aspect will be MANDATORY....
 
5) Megamissions have no Duration. They will represent a cyclic Event (also different every time) in order to Test the Best Combat System
 
6) Boarding Time: later
 
8) Starting of Mission at "GO" Signal, will be communicated "on voice" by Me as "Mission Admin" to my Interface "Allied Coordinator". immediately after the Com, Pilots can Start Engines and perform their missions.
 
9) Starting of Missions will be   Every Thursday at 21.30 CET    and   will end (approx) at 23.30 CET .
  
10) Official Mission TEAM SPEAK  (Just prepared also with Allied Channels), will be the ITAWING TS :itaseow.servegame.com - Ask for Password (Coordinators have it).
 
11) The STATS address is the following  http://52.28.130.217
 
12) At the moment, no limitation are foresee on Pilots comportment, based on the fact we consider all Present Pilots "Officers and Gentlemen" just adepted to a A Fair and Gallantry Behavior .
 
To This matter The WOI Organization points out the fact that, actions as "Shooting to Parachuted Helpless Pilots" will be consider  ACTS OF DISHONOUR, (contrary in Real Life to "Geneve Convention for War Conduct") subjet also to Team Penality or Pilot Banning, in case of repeat.
 
In case of misconduct, the "Mission Admin" (Myself) in collaboration with the "French Coordinator" (C6 BARDA)
will take, in agreement, the necessary Rules correction.
 
13) Aircraft  limited, LATER
14) A Respawn Delay will be applied to Pilots in case of Death, or Emergency landing or Parachuting in enemy territory, for simulating (a bit) the necessary Rescue time... (LATER)
 
15) Respawn delay for Safety Landing will be (LATER)
 
16) Changing Front Side. (LATER)
 
17) Any other necessary Rule or Question, proposed by everybody, will be discussed and accepted after a consulting between the "Mission Admin" (Myself) and the "French Coordinator" (C6 BARDA) which will be at all effects "the Unpair" of the Match

1) Rappel des principes.

Nous essayons de réaliser une gestion dynamique entre chaque mission en utilisant un simple tableur. Un screenshot de la map sera réalisé 10 minutes avant la fin de la mission. Les résultats de celle-ci seront déterminés à partir de ce screenshot. Les destructions sol intervenues après ne seront donc pas comptabilisées.

Actuellement, les airfields et les avions au sol ne comptent pas dans les ressources gérées par la campagne. (il n'y a pas de stock d'avions)
En cas d'attaque d'un aérodrome de front et de la destruction de sa DCA, un aérodrome de secours s'ouvre.

Si la charge du serveur s'avère trop importante par rapport à l'ensemble de ces mouvements nous seront contraint de modifier un certain nombre de paramètre.

Paramètres serveurs :

- mode expert
- Pas de GPS
- 10 min libres pour gérer les arrivées, briefing etc. avant l'allumage moteur.
- Tous modèles d'avion dispos avec seule limitation d'armement les bombes de 1000 et plus chez la LW et le 23 mm sur le lagg 3.
- Carte Stalingrad été.

2) gestion des mouvements et des convois.

Chaque camp dispose de 4 convois logistiques qui roulent pendant la mission et d'au moins un groupe d'assaut qui tente de percer le front.

Chaque mouvement nécessite une mission (2 heures + 1 heure de mouvement sol donc 3 heures entre chaque mission début de mission)

Un convoi met donc 3 heures pour relier une usine et un supply ou un supply et la ligne de front.

Un convoi de tank arrivant sur la ligne de front permettra le tour suivant d'attaquer ou de contre-attaquer les positions adverses (en gros si un camp perce le front il est probable que le tour suivant ces forces rencontreront une opposition au sol : artillerie anti-char – PAK ou blindés.)

Un convoi de camion arrivant sur la ligne de front permet le tour suivant la mise en place de position anti-char ou de position d'artillerie.

Les convois en partance des usines ou supply sont à découvrir. A leurs découverte une icône rouge apparaît. S'il est détruit complètement une icône bleu apparaît. S'il n'est pas détruit complètement il permettra la création des unités au sol sur la ligne de front lors de la mission suivante.

3) ligne de front

Pour les position sur le front, elles peuvent être connues initialement (dans la zone sud par exemple), une zone de reconnaissance peut être indiquée (notamment pour les positions d'artillerie) ou elles sont la résultantes des combats de la précédente mission. La destruction des positions sur le front suit la même logique : icône rouge quand elles sont reconnues, icône bleu quand elles sont complètement détruites. Si elles ne sont pas complètement détruites elles seront de nouveau actives la mission suivante.

4) gestion des bâtiments supply et usines.

A leur découverte (zone de reconnaissance signalée initialement) une icône rouge apparaît. S'il y a destruction à 50 % ou 100 %, une icône bleu apparaît en indiquant le pourcentage de destruction. La destruction de 50 % d'une usine divise la production par deux pendant trois missions. Au bout de trois missions elle redevient opérationnelle à 100 %. Si elle est détruite à 100 % elle ne pourra plus être utilisée pendant toute la campagne.

La destruction de 50 % d'un supply divise les stocks présent par deux. Les stocks sont reconstitués à partir des convois arrivant des usines. Au bout de trois missions les bâtiments redeviennent opérationnelle à 100 %. S'il est détruit à 100 %, il ne pourra plus être utilisé pendant toute la campagne.
Une destruction à 50 % n'a aucun impacte sur la dca : le tour suivant elle sera de nouveau complètement opérante.



La mission 2 intègre les reconnaissances et destruction de la mission 1. La ligne de front a été modifiée en conséquence.

Des screenshots pourront être mis à disposition de chacun des camps pour connaître le positionnement de ces propres unités et de celles de l'adversaire si elles sont reconnues.

ALso the 3rd Missiol will be characterized by the Frontline movement due to results of 2nd Mission.

In detail, in the General Map above, are evidenced the two Axis Offensives and the Russian Offensive of the Opponents.


: ATTENTION ! : Detailed Map are allowable by your Squadron Commanders (CONFIDENTIAL).

As usual also in this MIssion you will find

1) Recon Zones to explore at the beginning of the Mission.

2) New Targets in New Positions replacing old Targets destroyed.

3) Old Targets, not full destroyed, still to complete.

4) Supply Convoys directed to the Front (Expected 4 Convoys for Side)

Hello Gentlemen,

Despite numbers, the reduction of Operational Areas has made the fighting still intense.
French Pilots do better than us as Fighters, however We overcome for destroyed targets.

New Stats, better optimized, do not assign a Victory to one of the Parties because of the Point Results do not differ by more than 25%, therefore the battle is considered a "DRAW".

Congratulations then to the French Cousins, who, despite the numerical inferiority, did a damned good job

Dynamic Mode Zorkaiev-Barda is enhanced from time to time: "Hitting the columns equipped with Radio Car, the Alarm Messages on various areas attacked are no longer displayed."
Another gem to increase the realism of the simulation.

1) Message d'alerte : en cas d'attaque d'une base, d'unités au sol (PAK
ou artillerie), d'usine ou de supply zone des messages d'alertes, sont
émis à partir de bâtiment de ce type :



La destruction de ces bâtiments rend donc impossible l'émission de ces
messages d'alertes. Attention, pour les airfields, les tours de
contrôles utilisent le même type d e bâtiment mais ne sont pas utilisées
pour l'envoi de message d'alerte. Un autre bâtiment spécifique a été
positionné à cet effet.

2) Des objectifs dynamiques peuvent apparaitre en cas de mission,
notamment lorsqu'une unité de blindé s'approche d'un pont proche du
front. Le camp adverse se voit attribuer ... »

Hello Pilots & Gentlemen,

 

intense fighting last night, Russian Hunters did not give us quarter in the Operation Zone.
French Pilots, very aggressive, do better than us.

BRAVI!

 

 

From next week there will be a "Reorganization", even at Hardware level, considering also the agreements in being with Crusader

Next week it could be be a New Mission, but it will depend on the ability to rearrange all settings and connections.
In short, we are in the hands of our NERD

If the time will be not enough, we must defer to the subsequent week, with the 5th mission of the French Campaign.

Anyway THE DAY OF THE MISSION will slip 'ON WEDNESDAY'

Outcome of Mission 4 (google translate ...)

Ground movement:

On both sides, there was no significant loss on transfers to the front.

On this one, the Soviet troops continue to keep the advantage to the north where the Germans are forced to retreat after suffering heavy losses (a group of panzer and one of artillery)

Thank you for your participation. For red side, a little more players than the other evening. For blue side is the opposite (football evening). It was also testing the new server located in Ukraine. In view of the ground movements and the number of players, no serious problem raised. The pings are correct.

On the mission, the night could fall a little too early leading to an end of mission under difficult conditions. The target search was long. The results are mixed because only troops on the ground have been able to achieve their objective.

The WOI missions "French challenge 2" end in 2016. After the end-of-year truce and the implementation of patch 2.006 we will meet again in early 2017 for new missions and party organizations to propose to you.
