ME Tools for Re-Saving Missions

Can anyone tell me the exact difference between the ME Tool menu items "Convert Missions to Binary in Folder" and "Resave All Missions in a Folder". I believe that either can be used to regenerate the binary files (.msnbin) if the developers change the format. Am I missing some subtle difference between the two options?

Probably no difference.

Hmmm, perhaps you are right, but the "Convert..." option is new for BoS whereas the "Resave..." option was in the ROF editor. I'm not sure why they would add a duplicate of a function that existed already.
