I don't know what's going on in this thread but I think I like it. Mostly because Lucas is talking about soccer. Also kittens.

 

I'm in it for the kittens, but since I can't provide kitty value I am doing the live scores. Which, by the way, are still more useful than another Fw-190 discussion

 

So, first round of games is over for tonight's Europa League match day. Of the games worth a mention, Zorya Lugansk held up Feyenoord 1:1, Manchester United did not fail to disappoint and went down 2:1 to Fenerbahce (Rooney scored though, which is nothing short of a miracle these days), Roma beat Austria Wien 4:2, Zenit confirmed Russian bia$$$ by beating Dundalk 2:1 (courtesy of Giuliano, who has more or less been carrying the team so far) and Italian romantics Sassuolo dropped a two-goal lead to finish 2:2 against Rapid Wien.

 

Another couple of games have started though - Nice is playing Red Bull Salzburg with Super Mario Balotelli in the starting XI, Shakhtar Donetsk is already trailing 1:0 to Gent, Villareal has somehow managed to let Osmanlispor score, Southampton is seeking revenge against Internazionale (who have recently fired their coach after a wonderful 7 defeats out of 14 games), and finally Schalke 04 is squaring off against FC Krasnodar.

 

Honestly, if anyone is looking for some entertainment I recommend either Southampton x Inter or Schalke x Krasnodar (who are without Pavel Mamaev but have managed 6 shots against 0 from Schalke). MatchTV.ru is probably showing the latter, though you'll need Hola or some other browser add-on to watch outside of Russia.

Updates on the scores, Ghent 1:2 Shakhtar Donetsk, SC Braga 1:1 Konyaspor, Schalke 2:0 Krasnodar, Southampton 0:1 Internazionale (Icardi).

 

I sort of feel Yeager though, I can't get around to owning a cat even though I hang out with this mystery cat which shows up by my doorstep every other day. Don't quite know why but I don't think it'd ever work out. Dogs are a different story though, dogs are cool.
