Help with online Planes Lock

Hi guys,

 

I have played many ww2 flight sims, from Warbirds (IEM) to IL2. Im trying to come back to fly this awesome planes.

 

Can u help me undestand how plane locks works online?!

Like today i have joined Wings of Liberty server. Of all fields available for Axis i cant fly the 190 nor the 109's.

The 190 i get it because the theater of war is set for 1942 right?!

But how about the 109?! Do i have to buy the BOMoscow package to be able to fly these planes on multiplayer?!

I can only say that it's completely up to the mission designer, regarding how many and what planes are available. If 109 planes are at 0 quantity, then the lot may used up at that particular time. Each spawn point can have infinite quantity set or just 1. Depending on what product you purchased you may only be able to fly those aircraft,so you would have to purchase the 190 to fly it.

Tks Smok, i got it,

 

I have bought BOS and the FW190 DLC. But when i tried to select the 109, it was appearing to me with a "locked" sign, and when i click on it, a window opens asking if i want to buy BOM to unlock it.

 

So its all about server in this case?! It would make no difference if i have just the BOS or BOS + BOM, still wouldnt be able to select it?!

As i like to fly both 109 but mainly 190's.

You must be looking at 109e7, which is Bom only.
