The first thing I did was send a direct mail to Jason Williams. As I not answer I tried to contact him via a private message on the forum but I have not received a reply. I am seeing that he has done to me I have turned the incident using Amazón and through the payment system.

The Gladiatro is a good JoyStick but quality control could be more professional. The Galdiator is an expensive product. If we add the $ 99 taxes and transporters have a $ 150 JoyStick put in my house. I sent an email to Jason Williams of IL-2 Sturmovik and VKB SIM days ago and already I have not received a reply. Before writing here Amazón I tried to contact co Jason Williams in forums IL-2 Sturmovick appears to be responsible for Sturmovick The VKB and Stratojet Teams and does not answer anything.

 

When I received the package Gladiatro I realized I was missing a leg black silicone that brings the Joystick not move on the table. Because mine came with only 3. The Gladiatro is lame and moves. I had to hit a piece of cardboard as the old tables. That's not all. Now it is beginning to lose a leg over silicone.

 

Worst of all is that I do not answer my recdlamación defect of a joy that costs $ 150.

Yes, you are in the wrong site, and this is why you aint got no answer

If you bought through Amazon then return it and stop making a scene.

Also I think Jason is only responsible for the ones distributed in north America through Stratojet and then some units in Amazon (US?). Depending on what Amazon you bought it, he may not be the person to contact.

I have to admit that I am very happy indeed with my Gladiator Pro that I purchased recently. No issues with it at all yet - well apart from that fact that the person using it is still useless  :P
