Usable gunsight for noosegunners

In He-111 H6 and Ju-88 A-4 the bombsigth is at the noose gunner and he using it in real. That would be a great option for multiplayer, when the Pilot (the planes "owner") enable for the noose gunner the usage of the bombsight. It would be great for squads, for more teamwork and fun.
