There is a special Russian edition that has locked everything but LaGG and 109F-4 from the start, and you need to unlock everything; these keys are sometimes re-sold as standard edition.
Jade_Monkey Posted October 29, 2016 Posted October 29, 2016 You have to play the campaign to unlock. This only applies to the super cheap standard edition that comes with everything locked. However, you shouldn't have the standard edition unless you live in Russia.

Yes I think you're in right. Lol i spent only 12 euros for this game, are you from rise of Flight ?
