J37_Spyboy Posted October 25, 2016 Posted October 25, 2016 Yesterday I updated TrackIR, it didn't work properly and being unable to solve it myself, raised a ticket on NaturalPoint's support page. I got the following response and thought it may be helpful to fellow pilots. Iain, We've had an slight issue with an update today. You need to go into your %APPDATA% location delete the profilemap.dat, sgl.dat and sgl.sig files. Once those are removed, open TrackIR and have it look for a games list update. That should fix the crashing issue. I'll have the update fixed and out tomorrow morning sometime as well if you'd prefer to wait for that.
