Ability to select both stock and custom skins simultaneously.

Sorry if this has been brought up, and bear with me for a moment if it doesn't readily make sense...

A great deal of us really like the amazing stock and custom skin options out there, but when engaging in competitive play it has become tactically disadvantageous to utilize custom skins within the Squadron.

Due to the fact that everyone must have any specific custom skin client-side in order for it to show up as anything other than the default selection of the stock skin to a given opponent (or teammate, for that matter), you sometimes end up effectively flying with a horrific choice of paint.

What would be ideal would be the ability to simply select both skins at loadout... so, you aren't flying a vibrant green over the frozen Volga, or inadvertently end up being that special premature snowflake over the late summer forests near Moscow.

Alternatively, perhaps simply having the stock skin default to a more appropriate selection based on a given map would be a simpler but still effective solution?

Thanks!

Joke and/or reference received.

OT: I think it would be nice if the default skin was set to match the mission date. Nov-Feb/Mar = Whitewash/white and Mar/Apr-Oct = Green/grey.

Either of these suggestions would be great. Our squadron is hesitant to create/use a custom winter skin for exactly this reason.

The game should recognise the season and that you are using a custom skin then set the default skin that non custom skin users can see acordingly

if summer and custom skin set default skin = green .......

I asked this in the Questions for Developers thread...Han replied that it was impossible due to a technical limit.

It would be awesome though.

Ahhhhh okay, thanks Rekt, I figured that by this point someone must have brought it up already...

Man, that's a bummer that it's not possible.
