Flickering/flashing UI and object's outlines.

Hello everyone,

 

after recent update my interface and the outlines of the objects started flickering. It makes the sim impossible to use and is infuriating also. 
Anyone also expiriencing this?
Anyone knows the cure?

Can anyone pls refer anyhow to this? 
I updated gpu drivers, reinstalled the game and the problem persists.

I've got NVIDIA 960 GTX 4 GB.

Got this for the first time yesterday. Cloud s and ground flicker.
