Please resolve it fast

I know that what I gonna say isn't a problem made by this awesome game's developers but I have to say it.

How Microsoft could do an uptade like this ? By the day that they introduce the last win 10 anniversari (I think) uptade I can't exit from the game correctly or I have to shot down the pc, how they could do this...

Please if there is any way to resolve this issue, resolve it fast.
