TheCheese Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 Actually I think I saw somewhere the option for "cinematic camera," in the in-game settings somewhere. Dunno what it does, but maybe it changes the view like you're hoping. (Or maybe I just saw the setting in RoF? not sure :\)

J4SCrisZeri Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 is it just me and my rig, or third person FLY-BY view is sill a little laggy? Only situation where the game hesitates, occasionally. The cinematic camera gives that "shaky" feel to the view, I guess, and I like it alot.

J4SCrisZeri Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 if you dont like the inertia effect, I've seen plenty of options/switches to tweak camera behaviour
Tone71 Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 ty ,but i mean the Third person view (External camera) not the first person view(in Cockpit) is there any way to change smooth value on External cam or Free cam? Yes, you can tweak the settings that I pointed you to, this should affect the external camera. I'll double check for you when I get home.
J4SCrisZeri Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 I have seen the rich amount of camera settings and switches, but I still have to study that. Is it worth spending some time on it? Best features/enhancements?

Tone71 Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 The setting only affect the Cockpit head cam ,external invalid. You're quite right, my bad. I could have sworn these affected my external view but clearly they don't. The mouse sensitivity settings should affect the external camera, only you can't save these settings at the moment.
Rjel Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 I found when I had the camera view set to 100% smooth, the flybys seemed to be a little laggy to me too. Dropping it down to about 50% helped and made the view a little more like I'd seen in the pre-release videos.
