SimHQ went down around 11:00 to 11:30 PM (2300 to 2330 hrs) West Coast time (USA). I and not sure if things are getting better or worse? This is what I get now.

The conversation about the down time on SimHQ seems to confirm they were down for about 30 hrs, they are still investigating why and they are up partially.

This is as far as I can tell yet.

In mid Texas it's still down... :(

Maybe it's just the European side that's up. Is that possible?

Some users on SHQ report that they had to make sure the www. prefix was in place otherwise they had the error report.

I can't help you guys, sorry.

EDIT:

This was posted by RacerGT:

We had a major server issue with the RAID card causing the server to crash right before backup was about to run. We provisioned a new server and recovered the backup from the day before but will end up with a loss of about 24 hours of data. Sorry for the delays, it's been quite a fiasco. The new server is now located in a VM which will be much more robust and easily scalable.
