Questions about buying BoM.

I`ve read the BoM section FAQ on the store page and game forum but can`t seem to pinpoint the information I`m

 seeking.

 

So the main point I want to achieve is to buy BoM through store page directly but would like to get a Steam game key for myself and maybe even get the P40 while I`m at it. I already have BoS DVD edition bought at retail and activated through Steam. Hence I`m wondering.

 

1. Once I buy BoM directly, will I get the steam key rightaway (or at all)?

 

2. If I get the steam BoM key at store page, do I need to activate it through IL2 account page?

 

3. If I have BoS (Steam) and BoM (bought directly), which route do I take to buy current and future Collector Planes?

 

4. If I buy both BoM and P40 through IL2 store page at the same time, will the P40 apply only to the Steam or store page version of the game, or both?

 

5. How do I merge both games?

If you want to see BoM and any Collector planes in your DLC list on Steam you've to buy BoM and Collector planes on Steam.

If you buy BoM and Collector planes on our site you'll not get Steam keys for them (it's available only for pre-orders) but you'll be able to play BoM and use Collector planes via your BoS Steam version.
