Map Zoom In/Out centering is misaligned

Could you fix the in-game map zooming (with a mouse) so that maps will zoom in / out at center of map, not to lower right part of the map.

 

Or maybe consider to zoom in/out to the spot where the mouse cursor is located. Either way is improvement of existing zooming.

 

Current way of zooming causes the need to scroll map upon zooming.

Cursor location already affects where the map is zooming, but it certainly needs improvement. I would also like scroll the map with keys / joystick buttons, not just with mouse.
