How can I use SC1000 on Bf 110 E-2?

I found Bf 110 E-2 have SC1000 Set, but in every purpose can not use it.

The server you are playing on can disable some loadouts and has probably disabled the SC1000. Use 2x 500 instead. Better in my opinion

I think this set is use in bombing purpose. But Bf 110 E-2 cannot choose this purpose.
