Exe stopped working

For the second time in a fortnight the game exe stopped working and on restart all settings were lost. Bit of a pain as it takes hours to reset camera angles etc. Any ideas?

Hmm, never had that problem before.

 

What you can always do is backup your Input folder as well as your startup.cfg file. Think there was also something else to backup but forgot what it was right now.

And on every restart of the game after it crashed your settings are all set to default?
