216th_Lucas_From_Hell Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 Had lots of fun as usual, Tip My only Moscow sortie ended up with a bang - I dive to help Xenos out against three Bf-109s, I hear a cracking sound and soon enough my MiG enters a violent inverted spin which leads to a red-out. From 4000m to less than 1000m, I regain sight soon enough but I can't recover from the spin so I bail out right on time, surviving by sheer luck. From outside I notice that my whole vertical stabiliser is gone. No idea if I crashed into someone, or if it was just speed, but that quickly went from fun attack to self-induced catastrophe 2

This time I was flying a fighter for a change (Yak) and provided close air cover to our IL-2s plastering the airfield in question. Somehow all of us stayed in the same TS channel which in return made for some intense comms and overal confusion clearly visible on occasion in this video: - if this doesn't how how much fun our Q-FNBFs are I don't know what does 1
