Dedicated Server: Enforce HUD OFF

I have searched the forum but yet to locate information on how to enforce the HUD OFF on the clients connected to a dedicated server. Is it possible?

 

By "HUD" I mean the compass on bottom left and all engine and tip messages on the right.

 

Any information would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately that is not possible, the option to disable tech chat and the compass does not exist.

I am hoping there is a way to disengage chat from the rest of the HUD.  Otherwise, we will be unable to run a true FULL real server.

Note that players can turn off tech chat locally, so that you can have a realistic experience for yourself if you wish. You can't force others to play by your rules though. That's not too much of a problem because tech chat doesn't really give you any significant advantage in combat.

I like to think this as: Others LIKE the rules of the server and CHOSE to connect, rather than being FORCED to play by someone else's rules.  Tech tips is but a section, having an idea of the status of your plane without being told about it, (temps, radiator status, Manifold pressure, e.t.c.) requires extra attention, especially during battle.  In any case, having options is always a good thing.
