BaiCaiX Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 I just Pre-Order Battle of Kuban - Premium Edition to myself. But in license-keys, I found Battle of Kuban - Premium Edition state is " Send Gift ". And I try to send the gift to myself. The system show me "You can't send a key yourself".
Haza Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 BaiCaix, If you log into your IL2 account (as you need to use your log in details), look at the top right hand corner where it says "Support". Click support then click "I have not found a solution the FAQ". You can then raise the issue using the drop down menu and writing what your issues is, however, you will need to make sure you give them your receipt details and order details. They will sort it for you. This is called raising a ticket, which is basically an online help question to the support team! I did this recently with a gift as well and my problem was resolved in a few days. I hope that this makes sense? Regards Haza I have also PM this to you in case you miss it here!! 1
