Kuban map and Black Sea area

So the Kuban map will be the largest map we will get yet - super excited about this. Here is an updated map overlay:

 

 

Before the announcement I was speculating that maybe it would be possible to include both Crimea and Kuban area combined on the same large map. Probably modelling Sevastopol would take too much time however..

 

Anyway, based on the announced map area (300x400 km) - I was wondering why the map cant be expanded like 100 km southwards to include more of the Black Sea area? Adding more of sea/water would not add much work for the map makers? And that would allow more interesting and long-range naval missions.
